Jack Daniels
Nose
There is a very strong astringent Jack spice that comes up first and foremost. Under that strong ambiguous spice are hints of oily charcoal, maple, brown sugar, wood, sweet grains and ripe citrus.
Palate
It begins with caramel followed by cooked toffee. Notes of vanilla, cherry pie, and a slight yeast undertone. On the rocks, the caramel presents itself beautifully.
Finish
Caramel fades to corn and wood with a very long finish.
